Make sure you add some copper grease to the cylinders etc when you reinstall so they can move backwards and forwards. I started by backing off the adjuster and pulling one shoe out of the adjuster. Rest is easy after that.
Those tabs on the back brackets that hold the cylinder in place are quite fiddly.

Rather than use copper grease use Girling white brake grease (I assume its still available ) externally so that the cylinder can move & on the faces where the shoes sit. Pull the rubberboot back& smear Girling red rubber grease on the boot & exposed cylinder wall.
