Im walking across Scotland in May Glasgow to Inverness via the West Highland Way and the Great Glen Way
Any thoughts on car museums, places to see would be much appreciated

Take some protection from those wild haggis they are deadly . Also keep your eyes open for Heather lying on the moor innocent

I was impressed with Fort George,started in 1748 to garrison the area and prevent any further Jacobite resistance. Still used as a training base, the public have access to much of it. Gerry.

Jeff, the Moray Motor Museum in Elgin is not far from Inverness ( train?) and worth a visit.
You can then have a short walk to Johnstons of Elgin Mill and spend money on Cashmere gear - good cafe too.
