Happy New Year to all.
I have now completed fitting the Mulfab bearing races, new main springs, king pins etc. also fitted new stainless steel braided brake hoses. The front suspension dismantle is actually pretty straightforward, following the write up on GoMog. The only frustrating element was fitting the new top bolts to the kingpins. It's a "hit or miss" exercise and took several goes on both sides. The brake bleeding with the MityVac was simple and quick, one man operation.
Went out yesterday, sunny and mild. Car drove great, steering now comparatively light, but still with good feedback.

Did you replace the shock absorbers at the same time with Avo's?

Your braver than me. I dont risk my skils on the frot suspension. Well done. Dont the roller bearing make a big difference at low speeds.

Yes the roller bearings really help at low speeds. I put Konis on front and rear.
