I would like to add my thanks particularly as the openness, respect and frankness of the factory was met by equal respect, restraint, clarity and enthusiasm of the owners who attended; all of whom have had issues and most of whom have been vocal on here. I don't think I would be out of order in saying that there was considerably more mutual respect at the end of the day. The factory understand the issues more clearly and the customers understand more of the factory's restraining factors and their efforts at solving the issues. And I made lots of new friends  Time for this methinks

I'm really pleased to hear that the love is coming back for all you 3-Wheeler types. I hope it all works out in the end and that strong friendships are created as a result of it. That's what Morganeering is all about.

Thanks a lot to all of you , I feel very good about my decision to buy this car, to stay with this car and to drive this car the next 20 years or so before I have to sit in a wheel chair for not remembering my children  Achim

I was impressed when I heard that Morgan was doing this and disappointed that I was unable to attend. I have the feeling that the new management is working as hard as it possibly can to understand owners' problems and to do its best to solve them.

Great news you guys that attended and Morgan really "listening" to the objective faults with a new product.
So many of us classic owners have had real empathy with your 3W problems, it gladdens the heart to see responsible action being taken.
I sense a wind of change for the better is rising from the old company and well done to the present board, it can only sell more product in the long haul and ensure the future.

The Factory focus is firmly on Customer care and meeting expectations as I'm sure most of use on TM are aware of. Confirms my impressions gained before and during our stop at the factory when we came to the Thrill on the Hill event. One could feel not only the refreshed enthusiasm of the staff but also the increased focus on the needs of customers. Congratulations to Steve Morris and his team for this initiative. At the moment the focus is on the needs of the 3 wheeled brigade but it is significant for all of us. Thanks Asbo for the detailed report and well done all who made the time to attend.
