What a difference an inch makes wink

Fitted the 25mm spacer from Revolutions today and it makes a world of difference. I can now easily move my left leg and get my foot away from the clutch.

It also makes getting the ignition key in easier.

I find that the 50mm spacer gives a bit more leverage without restricting movement. I have always preferred to have the wheel relatively close and for me the straight-arm stuff increases effort too much. In many cars, once I have the seat/pedal distance perfect (which is not possible in the M3W), the wheel is too much of a stretch.

Driving ergonomics are rather complex.

I fitted my 25mm spacer from Revolutions today & echo Chris's comments. I can now fully get my foot of the clutch. I did not have the special tool to fit the head on the security bolt but managed with a screw driver.
Seems MMC are missing an opportunity here leaving it to dealers or DIY route to fulfil a need. Why don't they offer a range of different thickness spacers & put it on the options list or accessories?

My My. but the solutions to "long legs" never cease to amaze me. I just installed a MOMO Mod 26 steering wheel and the results were amazing (for me). The wheel is about 11.4 inches dia and cut flat on the bottom. I was worried it might be too small, but it seems not. I did a test drive yesterday and WOW what a difference for my legs AND I can actually see the speedo (LHD). I will be moving the pedal box forward shortly. Have already raised the front of the seat up about an inch.

Yes, the 11" wheel works well, I'm using a flat 11" Motolita leather wheel, but only having a 31" inside leg, I'm not troubled by my left leg and steering wheel interaction.

Revolutions have a couple of 1" spacers as yet un-coated available. The satin black powder-coated finish of those that Chris, Tim & now Valentine have compliments the standard M3W steering wheel finish just nicely.
They have been CNC machined and the program that produced them can machine them to a specified length. We're here to help!

Hmm. I don't follow you, not even remotely... Send that in your own language. If it's French, I'll have a go at translating it into English. If something else, I am sure someone on here will help you.

I think GLLOQ is saying he offset the wheel a quarter turn so he can see the speedometer
