You have made several interesting points, Blake, but that one is the most vital in my opinion. It is excellent that Mark Evans has decided to take part in this forum and the direct communication with us the customers is very welcome.

However, it is evident that MMC needs to improve its communication with dealers. For example, my dealer, who is pretty much on the ball, learned from me (following Mark Evans' response to my question on this forum) that the comfort pack/steering kit for 2013 models could be fitted by dealers. He had been trying to get clarification from the factory for some time (while I kept pestering him)...

Apologies to all concerned if my post came across as negative or ungrateful, and I do fully appreciate the effort put in by all concerned.
I didnt understand / appreciate the timing was such that events were still fresh and details will emerge when good and ready.
A sincere 'well done chaps' for the undertaking - you have my full backing and I look forward to exciting times ahead.

Umm, that's what the last line of Blake's post says isn't it..?
