For those who have changed out their air cleaner, I did the swap today but noticed two holes on the top of the assembly that get connected on Harley installations, but I seen nothing included to cap these holes off. What are people doing here?

I'd think I trip to your local hardware store should muster up a couple threaded plugs that could be hit with some black paint.

I do not know if anyone has ever tried to set up a conical air filter directly, so I'll ssay by adding a sheet metal from Aluminium to cut fixed with the engine cylinder heads, if it is necessary I would add a spider aluminum into the before the air filter.

Could someone post the part number / url link for the adaptor to connect these air filters to our S&S engine please. I am assuming this is a stock adaptor which will suit a range of filters ?

I know very little about Harleys - will this adaptor work for any Harley replacement filter ( e.g. Kuryakyn ) or should I be looking out for a keyword or size to indicate compatibility ?

Thanks
