a valiant effort indeed considering the starting point and just as exciting (for me) in picture 8 it is alongside a Triumph Roadster (my first car with 3 w/screen wipers). I was not aware there was one that far out in the colonies

Given the starting point and the virtual impossibility of importing Morgan parts into India, especially wings and cowl, it is a great effort.
I quite like the rear over-rider fitting!

It has the upright stance of a Flat Rad. In fact if you cowled a flat rad and changed the front wings it would look similar to this.

Quite nice seats (including the leather) - but thatīs it....
Why waste money in a replica when you can find a real MORGAN for a reasonable price?

In this story it claims that it was originally a Morgan. http://www.tutudhawan.com/featured_proje...%20Sports%20carI think the point they are making is that it was a real Morgan but in terrible condition. It was then re-built as best as possible with the resources available. If so I don't think there is much of the original left. I really don't know enough about the early Morgans to know from the photos. Perhaps it always was a Morgan copy. It does seem to have had some sort of sliding pillar front suspension.
