Do you pay a lot in terms of import taxes as the prices works out at circa £145k Import taxes from anywhere to Oz is a killer! There's a tax here called LCT ("Luxury Car Tax") which means that if a car is priced more than AUD55,000, there is that hefty tax levy by the Government. (Sounds like Britain under the Wilson Government all those years ago...) But the other way (that is, exporting from Oz) should be a whole lot easier...

.... but freight is a killer Not if you shop around! If the car is going back to Britain, there are shipping firms advertising in the classified sections of "Classic & Sports Car" magazine offering competitive prices and services.
