Thanks for the welcome.
Close - at Jerrabomberra, which you could call South Queanbeyan, but we won't. Here about 15 years now, but some really great roads in this region, as you know. Very little traffic, good access to the mountains and the coast and easy to do 500 km day trips. Having done much on a bike and know the roads well, I'm looking forward to repeating in the car.

Welcome to TM Roger P ....... Hopefully the 4 months will flash by and your yellow machine will be with you before you know it.

I, like Spanner Juggler tend to like every Morgan I see, be it yellow or any other colour. Yours however will stand out in a crowd, just hope that too many insects are not attracted to it at speed otherwise you will be forever cleaning off the little blighters.

Happy motoring drive in the future ........ Pete

Ciao Roger

A warm welcome from Italy.

Tell me about it. I have lost count of my NSW speed fines. It is a pleasure to live in a country where the speed limits are largely considered advisory smile

A speed limit on the Autostrada of 130 kph (most seem to cruise at an indicated 140 and some at 150 or more) seems much more appropriate than the ridiculously low 110 in Australia where you spend half your time searching for hidden speed traps.

I do miss some of the great Australian country roads I must admit.

My wife has quite enjoyed the switch from motorbikes to the Morgan. Get yourself a nice picnic hamper, a picnic rug, and have fun drive eat wine (not too much) and drive

Good to hear Neil. Was just listening to the ABC and things seem quite bad in parts of Victoria.

Just watched a bit on BBC News 24 re: Victoria - doesn't look good. Now, if we could just arrange to send you a lot of excess water from Somerset, that ought to do the trick!
