Dave, it seems that every time you post I end up in the garage looking at something to do with my Roadster.
The near side has a gap of about 1" between bonnet and bumper. The off side the bonnet just touches the bumper. Close examination using a straight edge shws that the near side bonnet half has slightly more curve on the bottom edge than the off side.
So, does it matter? I doubt it.
But I'll have to adjust the near side bumper, because now I know it annoys me....!

If the gap annoys you, rather than stick bigger rubbers on, why not make up some new brackets in either aluminium (light and easy to work), mild steel or even stainless (harder to work but greater bling value)?

Replacement brackets are an option David, but being so visible will take a bit of fettling to look 'factory' spec. If I get some time though....................
Peter Compare my manifold (May 2012) to yours. I wonder if LHD cars have a better manifold?

No Dave, mine has the Aero Racing sports manifold. It is essentially the same as that used on the Plus 4 SS. It is not 100% ok on my car as even with the exhaust wrap that it now has and a 400 cell cat instead of the original 200 cell cat I still get the famous MIL light coming on for cat malfunctions. According to Omex there are differences between engines that can cause some to fail and others not.
I believe Williams have developed a sports exhaust system that functions better in this respect.
I am hoping that I will be able to get the emissions ok with careful tuning once I get the throttle bodies fitted but if all else fails I may have to change the system. Given that Williams and Omex work together on systems for the Plus 4 they would be the obvious choice for me to turn to.
