Great to hear Steve Morris at the Geneva Press Conference yesterday talking about the focus on customers and product quality as part of the strategic review of the business. I also met him afterwards for the first time, and I'd echo previous comments about his open, down to earth approach and his genuine commitment to his customers. I was very impressed and was left with the strong impression that great progress will continue to be made and that Morgan is in safe hands.

Earlier tis week I received a call from MMC Customer Service to check I was happy with my M3W.

Things are definitely going in the right direction!

I agree, there has been a quantum change. From the top down there is customer focus. Im sure Sir John Harvey Jones would have liked to see it too. The Customer Service lady was helpful in my follow up. I did suggest that she had a factory tour herself so she knew a little more about the cars and the challenges we have been facing.

That is very good. It was one of the suggestions put forward in the focus group day earlier this year, so well done MMC for taking that on board.

I visited the Geneva Show on Saturday and met some very friendly, enthusiastic and above all welcoming staff on the stand. Two 2014 M3W's on show - one with welded-in braced chassis, one with the bolt-in 2013 version, but both with the (in my mind) visually challenging Urban Cooling. That new retro green colour (don't know the name) sure looks good.

Interesting to note that 2014 cars do not use the Comfort Steering kit per se, as the new batch of suspension uprights have the steering arm bracket moved higher up the unit, which I guess makes sense.

Pics to follow once I've pulled them off the camera....

It's called Willow Green, I'm looking forward to the commission cheques flyingpig

Special Paint option when ordering the car. It was nice being special for a year, now it's just standard...
