Mine is 541, stamped into the frame under the drivers seat. Are you sure it's not a Jensen ?

I would think that Brian's (Aeroman) would be one of the first production vehicles and John (Asbojohn) must be close after. Brian has No 1 and I gave 49 even though they were only a week or so part.

By the way:
What is the "real" or the best production number:
a) the last 3 digits of the registration certificate?
b) the number on the "tube frame" under the right seat?
c) the number on the "wood frame" near the back tyre (you have to get out the plastic "mudguard")?
Because in a lot of cars those numbers are different. Mine a) is 767, b) is 727, c) not yet checked, production time mai 2013.
I propose a)
but what is this number with the cars with production numbers over 999?

My serial number ends in 2793, I asked MMC and received this reply about what is the production number: Hi Conrad,
It’s nice to hear from you again.
Your Morgan 3 Wheeler is 793 however this excludes dealer demo vehicles and development cars.

Worcestershire WR14 2LL What the factory did after 2999 ?  I would quess 3000 would be the last of the first 1000, 3001 would start the second 1000. Or 3001 would be the last of the first 1000, 3002 would start the second 1000. Or something like that ...  Anybody know the serial number of M3W # 1000 ? Anyway, What is the "real" or the best production number: a) the last 3 digits of the registration certificate, which is the serial (vin) number
