I am planning to be in southern Italy from late April to the middle of May. Does anyone have or know of a Morgan for rent for the first two weeks in May?
I'll be arriving in Venice on the 24th, and then will take the train to Foggia. We will be touring the countryside and towns of Puglia.

Hi Vitruvius We looked last year at doing this as the better half wanted a ‘fly drive’ and she found www.yourvintagetour.com who had a Morgan 4/4 for hire and collected you from Milan airport. Seemed very nice people. Might be worth a try. We are not doing a ‘Fly Drive’ this year as I won the toss and we are driving down to lake Como in our Aero. So we will be travelling around north Italy for a week late April. The lakes are amazing this time of year as spring arrives and before the hot summer days.

If you are arriving in Venice there is in Padua (20 miles from the airport) the Morgan dealership Trivellato, and I think they are renting Morgans. http://www.morgan-motor.co.uk/dealer/trivellato-srl/history

Unfortunately, we will take a train from Venice to Foggia, and then drive around from there. It is an exploratory work/play trip. I have not yet found a Morgan near Foggia.
