Hello All,
I am going to see a +8 at Nick Whale (http://www.nickwhalesportscarsdirect.co.uk/morgan-aero-8-462 qv for pics, it's the reserved one). Not yet bought, but I am 99% sure of getting her. Changing from a DB7 Volante after changing from a previous +8.

I got the DB7 because I thought my wife would find it easier to get into as she has MS. When she found out that was the reason I got the DB7 she said "You are going to get another Morgan". I have to obey HWMBO so I am buying the +8!!!

Previous Reg. No. L800 MOG so I looked at DVLA site and found V800 MMC. I have retained this number for the 1999 +8 as it will be a follow on from the first. I will post original pics as soon as I have taken delivery. Hope the forecast is correct as they have promised us a belting summer.

I live in Scotland which J Clarkson called the best racetrack in Britain - he obviously hasn't seen the potholes!

Lang may yer lum reek.

Best Regards

Welcome back to Morganeering .... I too went from a +8 to a DB7 Volante and then back again to a +8 .... I missed the Morgan driving and the Aston just did not do it for me, especially when it came to the service bill ....

I must admit my wife likes Morgans far better than the Aston, and now we have moved on again she adores the Aero, especially as it can carry luggage in a boot .. thumbs

Cheers .... Pete

Just had a look at the sellers web site: gosh the V6 Roadster is, well, different!

In the Pink

VERY pleased that car wasn't on offer when I was buying as we migh have had a major domestic!
I think it looks fantastic, I know swmbo would have said "over my dead body"

Jeremy,
I am a Railway Signalling Trainer/Instructor/Assessor who joined BR in 1972 and ended up at RES Derby in 1996 when Maggie's cronies took all the profits and assets that BR had. Still doing part-time with Signet Solutions on the London Road even though I now live back in sunny Scotland.

Graham,
They WERE a family pair - they have now gone onto an Aero 8 because they say it's more comfortable now they are less young (but not at heart).
