Does anybody have any experience and can recommend a good car cover that won't damage the paintwork. I need one mainly to cover the car in the garage but also for occasional use outside.

Will do, I should get it towards the end of next week. His storm cover is very good so I am optimistic. I went for it as it will be mainly used in the garage but also as seagull protection when visiting friends overnight.  Pete

I've had one of the cockpit covers since 2006; still doing the job.

I only use the covers for indoor use and cars are always dry before covering - I use cheap 30 -50 dollar nylon type covers but also put a layer of flannelette (from your local fabric shop ) between the cover and the paint - seems to work pretty well, and no scratching!

Sounds good, I need one for when I'm away and can't garage it as well as when it's at home and tucked up in the warm

Keith Cover arrived this morning and as I am working from 'home office' this week unpacked it and fitted it. Colour is RN Grey, comes in a bag which is approx 12 inches by 10 ins so meets my need of taking it away with me occasionally,not sure how easy it will be to get seagull deposits off it but will report as and when that occurs. Most of the time I will use it in the garage. Lightweight Easy to fit with good elasticated skirt for garage use and securing points for tie downs outside. Some 'string' supplied for the tie down but I will make up some strong bungy cords with plastic hooks from my friendly yacht chandler. Venting is good and material looks tough enough to take the odd bit of rough handling. Yes I am pleased as it meets my dual requirements. I also have a storm cover from him and that is excellent as well I am a happy customer. hope that helps Pete
