my new +4.... On the way to Dusseldorf City, a young lady in a Golf III "Rolling Stone" had not enough brake-space when the traffic lights turned to yellow. I heard the slipping tires and gave headroom nearly 6-8 meter but it was not enough.....bang My 4-seater, three weeks old is a one off model without spare wheel. This space is closed with a hatch and can be used as a small trunk. Thanks God that the towing-hook was not fitted so there was no impact to the frame. So let's see how this will be solved..... BTW: on the trip to France nearly every car was "chasing" me without security distance on the highway, really annoing. Reason could be the Morgan-sign at the back of the car is so small and everybody wanted to read the sign or I was to slow....

There is nothing - absolutely nothing, half so worth doing as simply messing around in Morgans

Ouch! Sorry to hear that, and I can fully sympathise – hope the repairs can be carried out quickly and with the minimum of hassle..
Welcome to the fairly small club of + 4 owners who have been maliciously 'pranged’ in the rear!
I’ve been ‘tailgated’ quite often when stuck in traffic, and was wondering if other drivers just expect the car to have antique brakes, so they’ll have lots of time to stop…?

Sorry to hear your sad news. I hope you get your +4 back soon Agreed. There is something so much worse about the entire experience when the car is new. As you said, with luck there is no chassis damage and your Morgan will be as good as new in no time.

Thanks a lot for your supporting words. The boys from Flaving will handle this case very professionally, I'm sure.
