Perhaps a little less exposed...  I don't suppose there was any additional cooling effect with the bottom of the sump waving in the breeze... Just curious.

No difference really to the cooling.
Time will tell if it is safer.
Will be in Chippenham at the Cherished vehicle car show if you want a look

Yes a little red with the sun, Mrs m wanted to go shopping 30 miles there but 80 miles back all on A and b roads

Quick trip up the A12 to Stratford St Mary for a spot of clay shooting. Good job the new Moggie works better than the new Beretta  well that's not to say the Beretta didn't work but I think the cartridge co forgot to put in the lead shot

I drove mine 20 yards there and back. From the garage to the drive and back. To wash it. I'm afraid I'm in the middle of turning my jungle into a garden just now but I am determined to take some time off if this lovely Scottish weather hold. Being chief cook and bottle washer doesn't help either.

Enjoy the show. Marshalling a corporate day you know where tomorrow. Back there again in two weekends time for a non-BOC competition weekend - Longotn MC have hired the venue. Doing my bit for the MSCC next weekend - Donnington PMM races on the Sunday...

I will not have an etf (est time of fix) until midweek but Mike thinks Combe Track Day is "optimistic" (that's July 16th), so I'm mentally pencilling 1st August (a Friday, so gives me the weekend to get reacquainted).
ALL - I think that Dunlops will not fit the narrow Sport wheels, so Vreidsteins will be chosen. And damp roundabouts will be viewed with utmost suspicion. Jeremy - only just seen this and sorry to see this. Glad it's only your pride hurt and that Henrietta is fixable. I had a slight reminder last year when the back end of mine flipped out when turning right at some traffic lights on a damp road. Until that moment I had forgotten how twitchy a rear wheel drive can be let alone without some help from diesel. Hope you get sorted soon.
