My car now has the NVH kit, a new bevel gearbox and Centa drive, all done at the same time. It is much better but just how much of that is down to the NVH kit I am not sure. I feel it is not much of an improvement for the amount of work and cost involved. That said, I can see things in my rear view mirrors (sometimes) now, so the vibrations must be less.

This is pretty interesting, if I were at Morgan/Quaife (wherever the responsibility lies) I'd be getting in a tribology expert to come examine the box, preferably unopened with all components as they were at time of failure. I haven't read up about this issue much but is there possibly an aeration problem leading to insufficient oil film on the teeth?
I remember my tribology lecturer used to complain that by the time a company got in an expert, the failed machinery had been totally dismantled and in some cases the oil even thrown away before it could be analysed. Not sure about tribology experts in the UK, but Uni of Southampton might be a start.
For those who don't know, tribology is the study of contact surfaces in relative motion to one another and how to lubricate (e.g. here in the bevel box) or utilise the friction between these parts.

besides me who am not married in the church I did not have the advice of the parish priest (my son must lubricate Still the first time), if not the first who studied the tribology must be Egyptian for moving the stone blocks of pyramids. I drain my new filled with 75W140 GL5 after 4000km, oil bevelbox that came out was black probably due to molybdenum assembly grease, there were very few filings on the magnet of the drain plug. I think the drain again soon.
