Sorry to hear about the flooding that sounds pretty serious stuff Giles, glad you were ok.

Sounds like a bit of the Somerset weather hit you.

Drove back from Dulverton to Essex this morning left at 05.50 arrived 10.05 260 miles door to door. Hardly any traffic so one of my better times. Got a thumbs up from a bus driver on the M5 and passed another Morgan clockwise on the M25. Felt a bit ashamed as he had the top down and I had mine up as the car was loaded with bags and stuff and I knew I would be driving into rain nearer home. So apologies to the other Mogite hope you enjoyed your ride and didn't get too wet.

What's this roof down snobbery all about? If you want it up have it up I say! Feels a different car with the hood up, I lIke it but then again I also like having the tonneau half zipped when it's nippy...

Roof up, especially at night is very cosy, a bit like being in a small tent!
Brief excursion to Berrybrook yesterday, which turned into a slightly longer trip. Back along the Sidmouth road, through Newton Poppleford and Budleigh.

Roof up, sides off. It's still not a tin top. Glencoe road, (A82) roof off.

Off in Nero to the Wings And Wheels at Croft Farm airfield near Pershore. Great little show, lots of classics there and a good smattering of Morgans, 4 wheel and 3 as well as some very desirable aircraft. A lovely venue for a Morgan as the Malvern hills are in the background.

Rather surprised by a friend and his wife turning up in a newly restored '30s Aero Three Wheeler. He's a BMW fan so a big departure for him and he kept it quiet from all his friends and family during the three year restoration!

Went to friends for lunch today and saw a flat rad coming the other way in my village. First time I've seen one and practically outside my own front door !
