I'd be making contact by phone to chase things up..

"phone contacts for technical support are not anymore allowed from dealers. Only emails with technical description of issue will be answered by the factory". This is what my dealer was told after 4 weeks trying to get some technical support.
In the end he went to a local S&S tuner to get some help and after dismantling the engine (still under warranty) he diagnosed a weak inlet valve spring which prevented one cylinder from firing, hence the non-working engine. No error code was reported in the system. We are now hopeful that after 6 weeks waiting we will get a running car.... when we get a spare spring. The engine has 2000 miles on the clock. All i could do in one year ownership and 4 months total breakdown time. Love the car when it runs but gee, was i not prepared for this lack of reliability. Empire kit being mounted on original Suplex.

That's very poor.

This does not sound right since Morgan have of late been trying to improve customer support.

new valve, spring and gasket

I had engine failure at 5 days old & 272 miles. A failed push rod took 5 days to fix including recovery & diagnosis. New push rod, & valve rocker.
