I have driven my 3W about 150 miles so far with the Empire kit and it totally--I mean TOTALLY changes the car. I can't believe that this single thing could transform the car from such a poor handeler to what I have now. Thanks Empire and thanks Paul. BTW I fit the kit myself and it wasn't too hard

PM sent, but Bill is really busy trying to fulfill order for his champrionship winning single seater Hillclimb cars, and, frankly, he isn't too computer literate, more of an old fashioned nuts and bolts engineer, if you know what I mean?
Bill will make up a batch of kits, which I am happy to send out. The cost is £795 plus P&P and if anodised black, add another £35, payment is made directly into his account, or by cheque, which ever is the most convenient. Just contact me by PM here and I'll get back to you and answer all the whys and hows, and if there are any problems, due to some cars being slightly different, I know Bill will sort them out, for example, very early cars had slightly shorter track rods, so the rose jointed track rod ends needed to be made with a slightly longer thread, he will make these up specially.
People are now getting these kits on their cars. like HBatts above, and, I'm pleased to say are finding exactly the same improvement which I found on mine last year. It really is a revelation, and how or why Morgan themselves didn't design the front end this way originally I really do not know. But still..................

And now I've finally gotten round to fitting my Empire kit. Same result I'm afraid - brilliant engineering, perfect fit and a transformed driving experience. Steering still light, but without kickback, yet still full of feel. I have a healthy 2deg -ve camber I reckon (not had a geometry setup as yet) and the front-end bite is outstanding and mid-corner bumps are no longer an issue for me. I will run with the setup for Classic Le Mans, but I am minded to revert to the stock downward-pointing track arms to see if that re-introduces the slightly heavier, faster steering feel of the stock setup, but without the bumpsteer as the geometry is now correct. Might just be the best of both worlds....
Anyone else tried this combo yet?

@ R1NGA I now have the Empire kit set without the risers (track rods pointing slightly downward). The difference with standard setup is lighter steering (but went from toe out to neutral so this could be part of the explanation). Still have some kick back on big bumps but overall already 70% better with camber and caster not balanced on both wheels. Just shows that the initial geometry must have been of the lawnmower type as someone suggested. Will be able to comment on full setup a little later. Has anyone done a full geometry including rear wheel using laser or similar? Have used measure tape and level up to now.

I will get my geometry setup tomorrow and then reassess things. But I might still give it a go!

Got me an early X-mas present.
Started two weeks ago: first side took over three hours, mainly because I followed the instructions. *No offense* On my car it is impossible to mount the alu bracket with the A-arm attached. It just cannot be done. Ask me how I know... *s* Second side took less than an hour.
Yesterday the steering risers went on in about twenty minutes. Easy peasy. Way too slippery to really test it out, though.
Today was brilliant. A crisp two degrees below and clear blue skies. Dry roads as opposed to yesterday.
Has it worked, you wonder?
Has it ever!!
The ride is smooth, no bump steer and one hand driving is not only possible, it is invited.
Might be the most fun hour of my last 4000 miles.
If only the rear end would stop howling, shreaking, chirping, whistling and what not.
Still happy. Very happy!
Thank you Paul!
M3W, now!!!

You are more than welcome Nik, sorry about the instructions, Bill and I modeled them on doing my car initially, and as we know all cars are slightly different, anyway I'm really pleased it went on without drama, and more importantly, the results are good.
I don't think anyone has been unhappy so far, and I know that Bill is so confident that he has effected an improvement that he would be prepared to refund the cost if someone didn't like it, so far not one person has asked for their money back.
If anyone else with a 2012 or 2013 car with the track rod ends sloping downwards is interested in a kit, they are £795 or add another £35 to have the billet machined alloy brackets anodised in black [which do look good, I have to say]. Having said that, Nik had the last of the batch, and Bill is is now taking orders for the 2nd batch to be made up, this is mainly for the risers and billet brackets as they are CNC machined at an outside manufacturer, the rest is made in house. If interested please let me know, and I can add your name to the list, no money will change hands until the kits are ready for despatch.
Incidentally, I think that even late model cars would benefit from the new top Wishbones as it completely eradicates any change in castor and camber, whilst the riser stops changes in toe when the suspension moves. Having the shortened wishbone also makes the whole front end adjustable for castor and camber, should anyone want to play around. The steering is also considerably lighter, I used an 11" steering wheel with no problems whatsoever.
