This sounds like Compensator! Was the new one a replacement ..or a Centra?

If a replacement then sorry to tell u that the "replacement" needs replacing:(((

With a Centra.

This is a very important point. As far as I am aware, most failures so far, in that area of the vehicle, have concerned the original compensator, but some of the "Mk 2" compensators have caused problems (which worries me...).

So far, I do not think that any of the "Mk 3" devices, from CENTA, have gone wrong. So which generation is this component?

I hope it's not a Centa unit, although it does have a rubbery sound to it.
My Centa unit vibrates a lot more than the old version.
