I wanted to drive my 2012 M3W to Luray for the Mog. Having installed the comfort kit and draining and replacing the oil in the bevelbox[no black goo in mine] packed and ready to go , I wanted to avoid the Interstate Hy so took Hy#9 to 411 to Cherokee NC. and ran the full length of the Blue ridge Parkway and Skyline Drive to Luray.Only one other M3W at the MOG, one 1930 and a 49 model. Ran the autocross. last year the brown M3W beat me, but this year beat him on all 4 runs, and the last run beat my own time by 4 sec.--On the way home decided to run the Interstate--ran 65-70 all the way without a problem. I will say the comfort kit made a joy to drive[I never did have a problem with bump steer but decided to make the change anyway -1850 miles of trouble free driving--what a blast.

Nice run!

I wonder what is the longest run (miles and days) anyone has done so far?

Hi: I was there and we spoke at length on the Mimslyn porch. I was with my friend in his Miata. Big guy, he wouldn't come close to fitting in the Morgan. Saw a bear crossing the road on the rally. See my posting elsewhere in the forum, re: tuning the S&S motor.
