Not too keen on the current dash layout in my 4/4, bit too hairdresser and I don't like the four square small gauge layout or the horrible rocker switches.. So got hold of an earlier? 4/4 dash and will make one up. Polished it up ok but undecided what to use for the switch panel.. Thought about maybe a stainless steel one with the swirled circles ( must be a technical term for it?) rather than a wood veneered panel?
Also need to think about warning lamps etc.. Any thoughts?

I have an LM62 dash, with traditional Lucas switches on the centre panel in ivory by Matthias Kauffelt.
He's a very nice chap to deal with and can advise on what is possible.
