HI Paul

Obviously words are hollow and our team will be measured on it's performance. I wouldn't give out the details if i wasn't confident in the team handling the questions.

Steve

I think it could be something that would benefit customers and ourselves alike, let me ask the question and see what we can come up with?

I just like to say that I have never had any problems contacting Morgan, customer service and staff have always been very prompt either calling me back or returning my e-mails. I think the only time there has been a delay is when I've sent them off to see if the impossible can be done, but they have always come back and said no thats impossible to fit wings that work grin2

Just remember when calling hold the phone the right way round or once you've typed an e-mail press send stirpot

I became a potential customer the first time I saw a photo of a 3 Wheeler and have been religiously reading Talk Morgan for a couple of months. I've recently had a couple of intoxicating test drives. While the problems discussed in this forum may represent the minority experience, I've come to the conclusion that the many reports and discussion are conducted by enthusiastic and knowledgeable motorheads desperate for the little Mog to be the best of its kind. A customer/manufacturer feedback session can only help. Unless I win a lottery, a 3 Wheeler would be my only motorized toy - forever most likely - and I would drive it everywhere. For that money however, I could pre-order a loaded 2015 Mustang convertible and still have change, Corvette C7, or find a nice used Aston. They are obviously very different cars but at my income level, I only get to choose one fantasy. If I choose the M3W, then the only communications I want to ever have to have with my dealer and MMC is to call, write, or even visit to say, "thank you. It's a joy and I'm having the time of my life." I'm roughly two years away from making that choice.

The Customer Service line does not work in my experience. I have never had a reply x email or landline from my requests for help/info.I can hardly believe that MMC Customer Service do not respond to emails or calls. frown2

BUT if I call Service direct - then I do get a response and to talk to Mark B or Debbie. So summat going astray here!!

I too attended the Forum in January and found it helpful and reassuring. Not sure if a repeat would be beneficial.

Exhaust nr 4 broke today on my 2012, 3 weeks after my 2 year warranty went out. Wonder what my dealer will say to that ???
