Isn't there some kind of insurance mediator or ombudsman? They seem to be in evidence for everything else. If so give them a ring and see what they have to say.
Do let us know how you get on. For the record, I wouldn't touch Flux with a bargepole, and have been very happy with MSM as brokers for years now.

Headley seem to do their best. They insure a few thousand MOGs so they must please a lot of folk

Gott and Wynne, I have been with them since getting my first Morgan back in 2001 That's good to know. I am approaching the end of my first year with G&W. Was talking to them this morning about renewal and coming off 5000ml limited mileage - very helpful, friendly and approachable.

Headley for me. I get free track cover as long as its not competitive which Gott & Wynn, although offering a cheaper premium, wanted around £50 for each track day!

I too had a policy with Flux once. Even had to claim on it; a simple theft claim. What an interesting and surprisingly long lasting experience that turned out to be.

Headley been very helpful to me, when I changed car had to alter collection day and cover note, just did it at no cost. Not aware of any premium increase for track days.

I had my doubts about Headley but they seem proper people and insure all my vehicles now.

Headley insure - no excess added or premiums for non-timed excursions on track - but you need to let them know - I just inform them & they reply immediately. On the 2 times I had to claim(cracked windscreens) the cheque was in the post by return of post.
Nice people to deal with as well - you feel as though they know you and value your custom. Unusual these days!
