The black looks great. The back end sure looks different from the trad 44 with the wheel gone, gives it a much sportier look, maybe not to the liking of some. These picture must be part of the launch planned for later in September.

Looking at the new dash layout, I've just noticed that the speedo has been moved out to the right. I prefer the overall look of the revised design, especially the four lights/switches (cannot be fitted to earlier models), but does this work well in practice? Also, there now seem to be only three other dials - does anyone know which one has been binned please?

Looks to me like the voltmeter.

One sexy car, shame they can't remove the roundel from the back end where the spare would go.

If there was a voltmeter before, that's the one that's gone. On the combined instrument, the upper dial shows the fuel level, the left the oil pressure and the right the water temperature.

Salut,
Ivo

I notice it has coloured indicator lenses, not the clear ones shown before...

...and what are the yellow circles in the rear view, beneath the bodywork? Sockets for the overrider tubes?

The lack of a spare wheel would still concern me greatly, an inflator kit will not deal with all possible tyre disasters and you could easily be stranded without a spare.

Stunning car, goes to show that "less is more". specially love the gray one, and I wish I had that steering wheel. My motolita has a black cap in the centre. frown2
But these seats are not the reclining sport seats. Spec still changing?

The sprint community is keeping an eye on the "Sport" model... one great shame is that it is not available with an alloy wheel option...

This means that you would be stuck with wires.... frown

It is a good point that you make, I was told not a month ago that the sports seats were to be standard, especially as it is not even available as a cost option. I should not mention the word option with this car as there is only 1, the colour.
