Don't think there is an OBD plug as such, but there is a USB port under a cover which is in under the fusebox if I remember correctly. Need a laptop and the S&S software to do anything with it.

Think what is required is; Pro Tune Manual and Pro Tune Software Download Haven't done anything with it so far but think you just need a standard USB A to Mini B cable though the full functionality of the software is limited for emissions certification reasons (and no doubt so that you get to spend more to get the real version with full read/write access to the ECU)

Thank you Calum & Milligoon
I have looked under the fuse box cover but cannot find anything? Will have another look. I need to find out for AA breakdown to check if they can read the fault memory. My engine management light is on. It is quite possible they will not be able to access the S&S software?
Exhaust mufflers S&S link good!! Will be happy when my M3W is making similar noises again!!
Cheers Dave

Have a look at this thread Sorry but don't think there is any chance at all of AA being able to access the ECU.

Calum,
Just what I needed. Great thanks.
It is actually on the control unit hidden by a small rectangular plate. Not took the plate off secured by 2 very small allen key fixings.
I think you are right not something for the AA. I have downloaded the Pro Tune software. Car under warranty so won't be messing with at the moment. Will be handy for reading fault codes in the future.
I have cleaned the air filter of all the oil, and re-oiled with a K&N kit. Been for a test drive for about 10 miles, car seems to run as normal, but engine light staying on.
I will try to contact the factory see what they say next week.

Hello atalante83
Sorry to hear your engine light is staying on. How is the engine running? Mine seems to be running as normal. I had a large amount of oil from the air filter at the time the light came on.
My light is still on, waiting to hear from Morgan this week.
If you click on the link posted by Red Three above it will take you to a TM thread on the subject and where to find the USB diagnostic plug.
