Don't really know if this is the right place to post this but I am planning to visit England on next Friday until August 20. Plan is to arrive in Stansted on Friday, heading to Bath where I will be staying for a week and then spend some days in London.
I would like to hire a 4 seater (family with me...) from Friday for one week and looked around the web but found very high rates, particularly from Morgan Motors Co. (950 pounds per week?)
Anybody knows if there are feasible alternatives on the route (or close to) Bath?
Thanks in advance and if anyone is close to Bath I'd love to have a look at your Mogs and drink some beer with you.

Thank you Alan, will surely call Melvyn although I had a look at their website and it does not seem they have 4 Seaters available for hire.

Have a 96 +4 4 seater in london, but not sure how insurance would work with hire... Most Insurance companies exclude "Hire or reward" if you can find one it will be expensive ! So for a private person to hire a car out for use to a third person on a public road is a "No No" on expense alone This is why garages charge about £195 per day for car hire or £950 per week.

I can add other drivers, however my policy does not allow anyone with a foriegn licence.. Tried to add a friend for the le mans classic but as he was a not a UK resident for the last 10 years wasnt able to.. Sorry..
There are websites for private rental of cars, so not sure how they work.

Alberto Williams Morgan are about 20 min form Bath. Williams Williams are highky reccomended! They offer Morgan Hire, but not sure if they have a 4/4. But all Morgan hire is expensive, typically £350 for 2 days.
