Wonderful shots. It amazes me when folks think to stop and take a scenic shot of the car. I drive on mindlessly thinking about the nice scenery, never thinking to stop . . . Nicely done.

You are of course correct Paul - 3-Wheeler is not as fast as an Elise round a lap, but there were some less than track-familiar pilots there yesterday and I was making better progress than a few of them. There were a couple of S1 Elises there and my car was just as quick up the straight after the chicane as theirs (80bhp/525kg v's 120bhp/725kg), but they did have better corner speed in the main (except Woodcote coming into the Chicane interestingly, where the M3W seemed to be quicker than most), but I was having such a ball it really didn't matter!

Went to test drive of a 60 mile Scenic Run that has been drawn up for Mog 15, which is to be held at Llangollen next June.

Started off by going over the Horseshoe Pass in light rain, but it soon brightened up and the route took us on some great A and B roads to Bala before looping back to Llangollen.

My M3W ran without fault all day, which was around 250 miles in total, and averaged around 32mpg. It was absolutely brilliant fun to drive on those twisty roads and didn't need to be pushed to silly speed to give a thrill.

Days like this make the trials and tribulations of M3W ownership absolutely worth it.

Keep the Faith!

I did hear that when Tom Jones was about to release one of his big hits in Oz he had to re-record it as the "Red Red Dirt of Home" as otherwise no-one would understand it!

Now there's a player who understands the meaning of "El Classico" thumbs

Makes a nice change from all the usual bling that footpeople usually drive.
