I just ordered the urban cooling kit & ask the factory if they can send me installation instructions & any hoses needed...does anyone have any hints for installation,Must the wiring or hoses need extending???

The Morgan company customer service is terrible!
They dont reply to emails!
What is it exactly?they just dont care?low staffed?not orginized? I would really like to know how they think

The Morgan company customer service is terrible!
....... I would really like to know how they think I'm not sure that information is available, if it is available then it is "classified" and released on a "need to know" basis. Customers don't need to know. Dealers may be informed, but possibly only when there is a z in the month or on the 32nd of each month.  I suspect that they are preparing us for when it is outsourced to Mumbai....

I msged mark evans on tm no reply
I emailed nick baker my saleman no reply
I emailed sarah got the email from the web page..got a reply.i told her i need the urban kit & gave her all my details..i will give her 2 weeks and then contact her to check if they shipped

i'd give her 48 hours and then follow up. daily follow ups are probably overkill but 48 hrs and no reply is unacceptable b I msged mark evans on tm no reply
