Hi, I talked to a talk morgan user from kent with a red m3w at toth. He had put on his own cooling system before the urban cooling kit was made available. It was his own design and blowed air forward. The engine heat sinks are at the back. The factory design also improves the direction of air when the car is moving (ie without fan input) the ducting is effective to get the air mass flow rate past the cooling fins. The main disadvantage is the heating of the oil tank. Fo not try to unscrew the oil cap after having the cooling kit fitted or ull get burnt. I love my cooling kit as it has helped me during traffic jams on sunny days.
As per vibration and engine shut off. The initial shunt of fire up is very severe so I dont think a shut off is necessarily a good idea...

Also it'll hammer the relatively small battery if you do too many stop/starts in a row.

Is that the new "smarter looking" throttle cable?

There is a socket on the ECU to plug in a laptop, it is under a small cover plate. It has been mentioned several times on this forum, complete with photos. Throttle cable change is not too tricky but requires the panel on the top of the footwell to be removed for access to the pedals.

Mine is not what you could call an instant starter even when warm so I'm reluctant to shut off at lights etc. I have never noticed skipfire in 3000 miles, mind you its not often above 24C in Aberdeenshire
