The rubbish collection bolts on the bottom of my roadster are a very efficient way of litter collecting, plastic bags wrapped around the exhaust brackets need prompt attention! The way MMC "finishes" the underside of a Mog is one of its more characterful features... But would you prefer bolts and nuts sticking up inside? Thought not.

i have been poodling along on the m1 managed-section hard-shoulder near london and suddenly come accross a car in front stranded. slight panic but better than sitting in congestion. perhaps wont be so easy if lorries are involved.

I haven't looked under my car recently, but, I'm guessing that, like a lot of other bolts on the car, they are all too long, the least that could be done, is that they use the correct length, or at least cut off the unused portion of thread. I mean, how difficult is that to do?
