My 4/4 fuel guage is constantly reading over the Full mark. Even when its half empty. This seems amazing mpg  But how do I fix it??  Any ideas welcome...Sender...or Guage??

Join the club. Most Morgans seem to have that function. I just keep a check of miles driven and fill up at about 250 miles. As far as the gauge is concerned, it looks pretty but has no real function.

I shall watch the replies as mine never registers more than 3/4 full and then waves gently as I drive around. I rely on remembering to zero the trip meter at fillup....but I'd love to have it working.

on my 2005 PLUS 4, the first 180 km are free (offered by Morgan), the hand is full right and cannot be seen. But after she drinks a lot!
When 0 is reached, it remains 12 liters.
The average fuel consumption for 100 km is 7 liters.

My 2011 plus 4 fuel guage works well. Starts at full and works its way towards empty.
I am almost expecting it to fail any day! I do however tend to fill up at around 250 miles just as a precaution.

Only had two Morgans in the last 13 years but both fuel gauges were/are indicative rather than accurate. Not a problem as use the trip meter and zero it every time I fill up

my 2010 4/4 sport fuel gauge works very well - like a normal Ford one - stays full for a long time then speeds up as it gets towards empty - but I always zero the trip at fill-up and know that I have about 10 litres (100 miles or so) left at just over 400 miles.

The most I've ever got into my tank on filling up is about 35 litres from apparently showing it's on vapours,according to the gauge, and the first click off at full fill. Since the tank is supposed to be 55litres that is 20 litres adrift! Haven't had the bottle yet to test out where the other 20 litres are and also work on the trip meter for piece of mind! It's a MorganSir....they all do that!
