1500 miles so far and have not replaced anything yet.

Installed the comfort kit myself and fluids service.

Re mounted the regulator without the rubber isolators

Fingers crossed as my local dealer is of no use

Almost 4000 miles, December 2012 build, no upgrades, no issues, but you all have me worried of the potential cost-to-own once my warranty expires in a few months time (compounded by the situation our local Morgan dealer is in). Auto Europe currently has no sales staff and has leased their showroom to Ducati and the Morgan Service Manager that has been with them for a while is no longer there and I have been told that the new guy that replaced him has already left too.

Only broken bits have been the rectifier bobbins; multiple paint drips from the rivets on the body were taken care of under warranty.

Great to see this - my 2014 built 8/2014 is on the way to me. Hopefully I get one like yours.

I found myself sounding like professor Higgins today, exclaiming "by Jove I think they've got it" the 3W is sorted now.

I have a late 2012 model. Only problem so far was several attempts required to finally get the drive belt aligned so it was fully on the rear sprocket. Fluid changes showed no issues.
Two summers of Arizona heat up to 44 C with no issues other than to the driver,so have not gone for the fan kit. Harley's, Indians,Victory's run thru out the summer here with no ill effects. Discussed this with the big Harley dealer here who said the 3W engine fully exposed should run cooler than a motorcycle, especially the rear cylinder. Their one piece of advice: Never, ever run any oil in the engine other than Mobil 1 full synthetic V Twin cycle oil from day one(or its equivalent).
I have not installed any of the other options.
Did not buy from local AZ dealer as he was not here when ordered, but he has done great work on one of my other Morgans--normally I do my own work unless above my backyard skill level.
