After 8 or 9 years you get used to it Keith! The secret is to start at 05/06.00 or finish after midnight. Also ignore SatNav at bottom of M32. The "recent" Cabot circus development (open 4 years now ?) used to completely fox TomTom.

Swindon gets my vote for most confusing. Been there once in a car. Now only ever go through there in a train!

Oh and York and back via the Theatre at Malvern (and a quick trip to Pickersleigh Road (Factory closed frown2 ) was a nice way of adding another 500 miles to the clock!

Interestingly, whilst cleaning Henrietta before the trip, an "old dear" stopped and said [posh voice] : 'oh are you a member of the Morgan club?'; "yes", says I, beaming. 'Ah', says she, 'we used to own a TR3. All the posh cars used to wave'.

"Great", says I, beaming from ear to ear. 'Yes', says she. 'All bar the Morgans. Bloody rude'. And so she departed, with me muttering that we're more polite now!

Ho hum

Drove to P&R Exeter yesterday in the dry, but came home after day at the fruity office in horrible drizzle gloomy , however a bonus was I got to test my minor mods to Little Red Rosie. These being the updated windscreen pillar rubbers from Morgan that grip the side screens and the thin neoprene I put on the top of the pillars (thanks for the tip Peter (Gambulanga). Super, totally dry, no water being forced in, I max'd at 65mph in a couple places so a reasonable test. umbrella Back to the fruity farm today, kitchen door spraying tomorrow.
