Thanks but the way I feel at the moment with this flue I won't be so much as sitting in a E-type as lying in a wooden box every bit of me aches . pale


I've got a 4.7 engine sitting on the shelf. Probably going into an XK150 when I can afford to get it restored.

I think it was viper on here that catalogued a Navy Blue rebuild quite comprehensively, can't remember what it sold for but you would always be better off buying the real thing IMHO.

There was a recent announcement by Jaguar that they are producing a few more E's so you don't need to compromise on an expensive "component" car.

Reputed the limited run of lightweights will commence at £1M. There are still people around that can afford this level of toys.
