+1 for the benefit of a steering wheel spacer for the "larger gentleman" Mine's got a 25mm spacer.
When you book your test drive make sure the car will be set up with the pedals in the furthest forward position to give you max legroom.
And enjoy!

A big +1 from me as well for the steering wheel spacer. (I had to replace my clutch due to lack of a place for my left foot ended up in burning it out)

(I had to replace my clutch due to lack of a place for my left foot ended up in burning it out) How many hours of labor did the clutch replacement take? In my mind replacing a clutch would be about the same labor hours as installing the new Centa compensator. All the same parts have to be removed starting with the motor etc. Just curious on how long the clutch job took.

Hi Dan - The shop did the clutch at the same time as they put in my Centa compensator, so the time was minimal. I guess it could have been a much bigger bill if the work had been done separately.

When my Centa was fitted it was a bit on the opportune side as there was a problem with the clutch getting sorted out by the factory. They did say that they didn't have to go "quite so far in" to do the clutch as they would to do the Centa but I don't think it added that much time on

They did say that they didn't have to go "quite so far in" to do the clutch as they would to do the Centa but I don't think it added that much time on That's odd that they would say that as the clutch is inside the trans bell housing and the motor, comp housing and mid adapter all have to come out to gain access to the clutch. They probably said it to give you the impression they were giving you something free. Now I will say that taking the old comp off and doing the new shaft with bearing is additional and would take more time, but probably not more than another hour, if that. I'm glad that both of you guys were taken care of at a discounted rate. If items are going to fail, it's great to have them fail in the general area of needed upgrade parts. Thank to both of you for the information.

Hi, My first post on here, am not a Morgan fan, am a motorcyclist, 2 weeks ago bought a 3 Wheeler Brooklands, so far done 430 miles, want to get off bikes that was my reason for purchase along with seeing it and falling in love. My advice is, you are overthinking it, by a country mile if you can afford a 30 odd grand toy this is the thing to buy. Nothing else is even in same stratosphere. I have owned/driven lots of cars/bikes etc but nothing else has even come close, bugger the bevel box and what people on here bang on about, you will get 30 month warranty so that's all good. Just get one,you will not regret it even with a few issues, it doesn't matter, just to gaze upon it as am doing now and stroke it's leather is enough!!!!!
