Hi again,

Fetched the car from service and front suspension overhaul today.
The car felt very good and tight.

Now it has bronze bushings with grooves to keep more grease inside.
The devolsvwere replaced with bronze as these are easier to obtain.
Devols must be purchased throught the Norwegian Morgan dealer which again buys them from the factory.
So bronze was quicker and should also last as long as 45' miles, as longvas I keep on greasing weekly or before and after any longer trip.
Thank you all for good advice

I grease the sliding pillars very often- maybe greatly exaggerated, but I am convinced that this pays off in the long run.I have even bought a miniature grease gun which can be brought along on longer trips like holiday touring. See attached photo. Here is the source: http://www.aliexpress.com/snapshot/6179585380.html
It is VERY well done and it works and looks far better than expected.

Just did 900+ miles to Windermere weekend.
Greased before leaving.
Just come in after regressing.
Lower nipples just needed 3 trigger squeezes on pneumatic gun, gave uppers 5.
I've done 13k since getting Scarlet just under 2 years ago and kingpins still looking good with no signs of shimmy/ vibes. Mileage now 39k .... I will have to double check the service history as no mention of kingpin replacement BUT springs are Mulfab replacements by previous owner so possibly replaced same time but I don't recall invoices etc for the parts/ work.
When replacements are needed then it's hard chrome and earring upgrade.
Suplex??
Undecided as not tested a car yet with it fitted.
