+1 but not before he has PERSONALLY paid for the full costs of the referendum And apologised, via a written statement using his own blood, to the whole of the Scottish nation for dividing them right down the middle and setting father against son, brother against sister etc. Still, the vote's NO, as I've stated earlier. (I must really get off this fence, the splinters are going right up my RS) Cheers

With a yes vote, every government department will have to be split, meaning even more chiefs, but no more indians.
Some Government computer systems can't be split easily. One is a mainframe from 1972...............
I suspect that DVLA will at least charge for their services in the short term.
