Maybe explains why my dealer thought there may have been a remap.....

So, mine is doing 55mph at 3000 revs in 4th. I didn't spec the axle so maybe they are just fitting the 4:1 now?
Nick You luck man you have a 4.10 ring and pinion in your axle for free!  Must have run out of the standard ones that say when they made that one!

Nick I'm at 58mph at the same (Sat Nav speed = speedo). Not that I know what this means...

Nick I'm at 58mph at the same (Sat Nav speed = speedo). Not that I know what this means... Basically speaking, you have the Aero Racing diff ratio in your Mog. On a stock engine you will have the feeling of a tuned engine as you will accelerate through the gears quicker. To understand more have a look here: http://www.performanceprobe.com/index2.php?redirect=http://www.performanceprobe.com/misc/index.php?do=calc&page=gearspeed Play with the ratios in the diff, you now have your gearbox ratios and the you have your tyre sizes. The transfer the info to when your driving to see how the car feels in the rev ranges and gears.

Measured MPH on GPS and used the Mazda ratios and final drive on the calculator is 3.92, which I'm guessing doesn't exist

Cain 3.91, presumably that's the 47/13 arrangement? Will they fit the Salisbury axle, or are they just for the BTR, do you know?
