Congratulations and I look forward to seeing the car. The colour looks great in the photographs. I've only seen one new Plus 8 before (Deano's) - very impressive.

Congrats!
Out of interest why the 3 week wait and what is being done to in in that time? Things to do: 1. Re-furbish or replace front Max wheels, both have scuff marks on the rims. 2. Make new side screens in brown, to match the hood. It has black ones.... 3. Make a tonneau, included in the build sheet but cannot be found. Make and fit bonnet strap, again included in the build sheet but cannot be found. 4. Annual service, it should have been done at 12,000 miles. 5. Check and if needed re-gas the Aircon. 6. Replace the protective film on the running boards, it has been badly scuffed. 7. Fit rear rack, included in the build sheet but never fitted. 8. Check for and touch up any stone chips. The Williams will check everything has been done to their satisfaction.... Target date is 8th November. Could be a week later. Peter Peter Don't forget the damaged rear wing on the drivers side. It has a dent/soft spongy area where you put your hand to assist getting out. If it was me I would request a new rear wing as it's lost its integral strength and will always be susceptible to future damaged. I'll get Williams to look at that very carefully, does it mean the car has been dinged, or just abused?

Congratulations a stunning car drove it a couple of months ago didnt want to like the dash or the wheel loved it the gearbox is sublime dont think youle drive in manual much and it goes like stink Aerotaff

 congratulations to what is a real stunning car (at least imho) dear Peter I wish both your wife & you (as long as you get your own hands on the steering wheel at any time...  ) many happy miles in what is an outstanding car! (b.t.w.: my dealer keeps tempting me into a Speedster all the time...  - i resist.  well... so far.  )

Did the spaniels p;ay any part in the buying process? I'd carefully avoided them when we went to Williams before goin on to MMC, but later discovered that Caroline had been making a big fuss of them. So I blame her and the Spaniels...
