Thanks meabh I'm still undecided as to mounting the screens - I love everything about them and they will visually decrease the height of my "fatboy" +8 (7"X 16" Centrelocks) in a way which appeals to me.
I can't say the weather matters much to me personally but if I can avoid a lapful of water I will.
The dilemma is this - I don't really want to wreck the leather on the scuttle and when I received this from a friend in the German Morgan Group it made me think of maybe building something smilar, it could avoid the lapful and certainly leaves the leather intact. It looks a little too modern in the lines it uses but this could be modified, in principle a good idea . I have a friend with a serious engineering company who would let me use his facilities or build it for me.
p.s. Spares and then Racing screens is the route on their site.
Bit of thread drift here, in typical TM style.
Richard. I believe Borghi sources his folding windscreen system from Morgan Park but fits the Aero screens on a stainless band that does not involve drilling any new holes in the car. All it needs is longer screws on the studs for the tonneau cover.

Thanks very much Peter I like that idea and it looks more in keeping with the car than the Morgan Park one with alloy fittings.

Took a run up to Cambridge in glorious weather to meet Cain who very kindly showed around his workshop and made me a custom pair of bonnet stays as I have A/C and the stays needed a little tweak. Saw several "splitters" and am having one of those also. Cain and Mrs Cain are very nice people and even had Earl Grey tea on hand thanks Cain a true gent
Good to see Cain is busy , I/we are going on our longest trip so far in the Mog - 126 miles to East Norfolk tomorrow morning after rush hour with roof down ! Can't wait , just washed her and she looks utterly wonderful !

Wow, I like the stainless band for the brooklands screens. Can anyone offer an opinion (I dare ask . . .) on having both brooklands screens and the windshield in place. Weird views of the road?? or all good??
Cheers, Mark

I used to do that on my two previos cars. It works OK but you need to be carefull that the wing nuts or the areo screen mounts don't scratch the windscreen.
Peter does that set up work with the heated screen, it looks like it does? Do you have the contact details for Borghi?
