Having the old girl resprayed after a prang. Main body and mudguards now almond green. Paint shop reckon an ivory cowl and wheels could look good. Not sure, old cowl is SS. Have cooling fan fitted and reckon this would need to match cowl colour to look right. I'm gonna go for it but what do guys think.

I think when you change the colour of the wheels, it really changes the look of the car. Personally I like them black. But it's your car, and you can always switch back if you don't like them!

Go for the ivory cowl and wheels Matty, I really like the sound of that. Pictures here when done, and we'll comment on whether it was right or wrong!

Painted my cowl in glossy black, wanted the same look as the mudgards... Funny story about it is ...by spraying the last laquer finishing it gets a very lightly leather textured glossy look and feel. As my 5years old daughter touched the finished cowl, she told me that it feld and looks just like a cold dog nose. And that is how my M3W got his name...'DogNose'
Cheers, Georges

The cowling looks great with the black paint! I must confess I had Morgan paint mine the same black as the fenders when I ordered mine. "Dognose" , if you name it , it becomes part of the family.
