Indeed, but there is no such thing as too much publicity...
The article is quite positive, really.

A good and positive article, if a little late to the party.
For MMC to introduce a New Product and go to 1000 cars in their first year is a great 'Measure of the Possible' for them using Sub Contractors for more of the Car.
A harbinger for more 'Margin Retention' developments in the future.
I was not aware, for instance, that MMC were already having Steel Wings made by a Sub Contractor Donkeys Years ago until I watched this Colin Musgrove video this morning.

Morgan used two firms one after the other; one based in Manchester, the other in Stockport before the change over to superform aluminium wings.

That article, whilst interesting has a lot of bullsh1t in it. What is it with journos that they can't get all the facts right first time? Even the Telegraph, which I tend to think is quite a good paper doesn't seem able to get it right. Obviously not written by Andrew English or Peter Dron?

My experience with the M3W Club was only ever very positive and welcoming. I guess there will always be a luddite around ...but cutting out references to the new car is just sad ...get a life...or counselling:))

I absolutely agree, a great bunch of people, but in the early days of the 5 speeder, there were mutterings from some about new people coming in and how it would change the nature of the club etc. As far as I can see, any car club needs to increase their membership and attract new and younger owners, otherwise they will wither and die.
