Dark last night returning home, my overrider Roadster lights were OK having upgraded the factory fitted bulbs - but not brilliant!
Should I fit spot lights? If so which ones - how much - and best method of switching on?
Finally, who would be best to do the job?
Cheers

I fitted Cibie spots, attached on sturdy bumper brackets. wired via a reply, and come-on on full beam. Fitted with 'Night Breaker' bulbs, they turn nighttime into day.

I bought the stainless steel version of the Wipac spot lamps instead of the chrome ones MMC sell (won't rust). As they are so light weight I mounted them on to brackets that attach to the badge bar which I got from Stafford Vehicle Components http://www.s-v-c.co.uk/product/svc-spot-lamp-brackets-3-4-/Up rated the relay and wired in to the . Amazing light from them. I got my dealer to fit them as I'm behind the times these days on car electrics!

This is how Borghi does it. I can let you have some detail photos from my car if you wish. http://www.talkmorgan.com/ubbthreads.php/galleries/94155/1

I don't have the over riders to brace them but having said that, the Wipac lights are so light weight there is hardly any shake on them - certainly not on most decent roads I drive on.

Thank you Peter - and all.
The Borghi bar looks attractive to me whilst avoiding holes in the bodywork. Drilling holes a particular problem with my Zurallic paint system I was told.
Wonder if brackets available to mount Wipac stainless 5ins lamps?
Cheers

David, I think you will find the hole that takes the bolt from the lamp is pretty universal and you can always use washers if the hole is too big as there is like a domed cover on the bolt for the lamp that will sit on the top of the mounting bracket.
