I've got an electrically heated waistcoat, a legacy from bike days, and with the heater on full it is warm and rather nice. A bit like riding a bike without the risks and discomfort!
Do you plug it straight into the 12v socket Peter ? Cheers !

I agree with the "use you Mog" approach, though not when it is icey and there is a lot of salt, mostly becuase washing the salt off with cold water isn't fun!

... and without the thrills. Dunno but I sold my KTM 990 adv yesterday and have hung up my boots with riding. The Morgan has enough thrills for me now

I understand that. Once I'd bought the first 4/4 9 years ago, I hardly rode my bikes. Ended up selling the last one 4+ years ago - might as well let someone else enjoy them...

ditto. After 30 years of riding motorcycles, I parked my last bike in the shed in 2004 and never touched it again. More fun in a Morgan, and no need to wear cumbersome leathers and helmets.

I still keep and love a bike; though now it is a modest Bonneville, rather than the sports bikes of past years. I've had some great rides this summer. I also still really enjoy the anarchic company of many of my biking friends.

After 55 years of riding bikes I'm still not ready to hang up my helmet, it would be like admitting I've aged

I hardly ever think of driving the Morgan in this country, the roads are too crowded. The bike's a load more fun.
