I experienced excellent service from Mark Cerrone, think he runs the 3W workshop, I voiced my displeasure to the Management at the faults my car had developed and he took personal responsibility, had my car picked up, all faults rectified including new exhausts, fitted my sat Nav lead into the electrics and carried out first service and returned car to me all in 1 1/2 weeks. He really did seem to care. I'm almost a happy 3W customer. Should have me stuffed and mounted. :-)

It's because each car is hand built and therefore Markedly different rather than being built by Roberts
just for clarification it's actually mark evans that's on TM who's head of aero racing. Mark Reeves is head of engineering and not on TM, Mark Cerrone as ironman pointed out is head of the three-wheeler workshop, and mark ledington is the head of marketing/brand.
