Mad, no three wheelers?
Mind you, could be worse, this is current gun legislation for Texas..
Texas abides by Federal law which at this time has no restrictions on so-called "assault weapons" such as semi-auto AR15, FAL, G3 / HK91 rifles.
Which from this side of the Pond seems a little crackpot too

See Spirits thread, "This is not good news" already started. There's no point in having two discussions going on. sadly his post wasnt on the wall when I started writing and when I finally got back to my computer and hit post there was already a separate conversation on the same thing. It wont allow you to delete posts, so there is nothing I can do. However, posting only pushes this discussion to the top of the board again, so best just to leave it be and it will move on down and be forgotten.

Which from this side of the Pond seems a little crackpot too It is daft isn't it - you can own any amount of automatic rifles and yet someone in authority has got a problem with an agressive looking fast three wheeler that would be restricted by the same road legalities of motorbikes

I don't think that we have to tell the US what to do in regard of guns or cars or bikes. There are more people killed by cars than by guns...
With the "perfekt" gun regulations the UK must be very happy. No more gun-incidents at all any more, isn't it?
A good attorney will find more than one loophole to have the Slingshots on the road.

Oh I don't know - I think we can 2012/2013 figures in the USA On average 92 people a day killed in motor vehicle accidents and falling On average 32 people killed a day by guns and rising Great Britain Average 5 deaths a day on the road and falling Average 1 a WEEK killed by guns and falling

Just looked at the figures You are twelve times more likely to be killed by a gun in Austria than you are Great Britian

Looking at the figures: you have to ban all cars, they kill more people than guns do. Do not visit Austria, your live is at risc! Something else: never trust any statistics.
